He is the key Partner of the firm and having 3 decades of experience in handling Corporate Audits, Internal audits, Concurrent Audit and income tax issues including raid matters, search & seizure. An all rounder experience in all sectors viz., Manufacturing, Service industry, Software, Textiles, Defense, Education, Banking, Management Consultancy.

Advised strategically many entities in to business restructure process by which revived many of the industries in success mode to profit mining path viz Capital restructuring, Business Process reengineering, Swapping of debt and interest,Cost Benefit analysis etc.,

Handled bottle necks of start ups and existing business regarding various capitals viz., Financial, Manufactured, Intellectual capital, Social and relationship capital, Natural capital.

N. Gayathri, B.Com , FCA

She is qualified Chartered accountant having decade of experience in audit and financial advisory services. She has vide experience in handling the audit and assurance function under various statue and she is handling to Chennai branch of our firm.

Surendra Gembali, B.Com, ACA, ACS, ACMA, CAIIB

He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, Company Secretary- A triple qualified professional having All India Ranks . He is also Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB), a specialized course related to Banking industry.

In order to gain all round corporate experience he worked for 3 years in company secretarial department - Karur Vysya Bank Limited and after that started practice.

Involved in fund raising activities, Corporate Secretarial consultancy, Credit analysis and Risk assessment procedures, Obtaining Credit Rating from rating agency, guided in improving the key financial ratios. Developed various MIS reports and audit tools to board and senior management for governing the entity performance.
Framing of business plans, preparation of Investor Pitch Decks, Corporate Investor Presentations.

Holds Certificate on Concurrent Audit by ICAI
Received Gold Medal and Silver medal for securing AIR-3rd, 36th in CMA Examinations
